Ancient Ruins — finished Minecraft adventure map, never published

The pitch

Ancient Ruins is a complete 8–10 hour narrative adventure map for Minecraft Java. Set in a collapsed civilization, players explore six interconnected biomes, uncover lore through environmental storytelling, and fight three fully scripted boss encounters.

The map is finished and has been through two rounds of external playtesting with 14 players. Average completion time is 9 hours. Zero critical bugs remain.

I built this over 14 months as a passion project. Life circumstances changed and I can't commit to launching and maintaining it properly — monetizing a Minecraft map requires active community management I'm not able to give it right now.

I'd rather it go to someone who will actually release it than sit on my hard drive. The datapack, resource pack, design doc, and lore bible are all included. Asking $4,500.
