Dungeon Delver — UEFN Roguelike
The pitch
A procedurally-influenced roguelike dungeon crawler built in UEFN. Every run starts with different room layouts, loot spawns, and enemy placements. Players build a loadout as they go, and death sends them back to start — but with permanent meta-upgrades that make the next run slightly stronger.
Roguelikes have some of the highest retention rates in any genre. This is a fresh concept for Fortnite's ecosystem and technically challenging to build in UEFN — which is exactly why it hasn't been done well yet.
This is my first UEFN project, but I've shipped two indie games on Steam. I know how to build a game loop. The $20k raise covers the full build and a professional QA pass before launch.
